Employment Law consultation

Boino SolicitorsEmployment Law consultation

Employment Law consultation

During the first consultation first of all we listen to you and what is of importance to you and advise you accordingly. Next, we will tailor our advice to suit your own personal situation. Finally we will advise you as to the most cost effective manner of dealing with your case.

Step 1

Please provide payment below.

Step 2

Please call our office to confirm payment was made and to arrange suitable time for phone, Skype or personal consultation.

Step 3

You will receive email confirmation of the consultation time. You will be asked to email back photo/ scan of your ID. This is a legal requirement.

Important: consultation can be arranged only upon receipt of copy of your ID

PLEASE READ: Why the first consultation is not free?

Unlike personal injury, in employment law cases (unfair dismissal, bullying at work, unpaid wages etc) the labour courts DO NOT award legal fees. Also, not each employment law case is about obtaining monetary compensation, it may be about keeping your position, negotiating better working hours or making internal complaint. We want to provide best and honest advice that best suits your interests and needs and not to drag you to unnecessary litigation with your employer where fees may be awarded in some cases or negotiated from the other side. That would not be a proper legal advice. IF, following consultation, there is a need to open a case, we will agree with You terms and the initial fee paid will be deducted from any future fees due.

Initial Consultation Fee

You can pay via your Paypal account, or by credit card. If you are paying using mobile device, chose option "Create Account". It will allow you to pay by credit/debit card.

€150 + VAT = €184.50
